IF FOR ANY REASON YOU AREN'T SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEN I WILL ACCEPT YOUR RETURN(S) (UNWASHED WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED) AND MAILED BACK TO ME OR BROUGHT INTO THE STORE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF WHEN YOUR ITEMS WERE DELIVERED. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS A DEFECT OF SOME KIND, WE WILL COVER RETURN SHIPPING AND WORK WITH YOU TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S), PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER ONLINE FOR THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE. THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR ITEMS DO NOT SELL OUT BEFORE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN. PLEASE WRITE THE NEW ORDER NUMBER FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEM ON THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE/RECEIPT YOU ARE SENDING BACK WITH THE MERCHANDISE. A CREDIT FOR THE RETURNED AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. ALL OTHER RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT.
